Business Systems Agency was born from a common frustration. Our founder, Philip Cronje, was once tasked with getting a company ISO 9001 certified. It was a mandatory client requirement, and the process was a costly, time-consuming exercise in box-ticking. Once certified, nothing changed. The certificate on the wall did nothing to improve the business.

That was the "Aha!" moment. He saw that international standards weren't meant to be prescriptions. They are blueprints for running a healthier, more profitable company.

He decided to build a new kind of consultancy: one that cuts through the jargon and focuses on a single goal—delivering real, measurable results. At BSA, we believe that a great business system shouldn't be a burden; it should be your single greatest asset for growth.

Within 90 minutes, we identified the real bottleneck: the vehicle preparation. By simply adding two people to the masking and prep stage to work in parallel, we enabled the rubberizing operator to work 6 hours a day instead of 1-2. The problem was solved—no complex technology, just a practical, out-of-the-box solution.
